Whipped Matcha Latte!
The Perfect treat to continue your week with matcha power!
An easy and simple recipe, with sweet touches and unique flavours coming through with each sip!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
2 tablespoons Matcha Powder
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Ice
1 cup Milk
Directions:
Into a small bowl, place the heavy cream and matcha powder and beat with a hand-held mixer on medium speed for 3 to 5 minutes, until stiff peaks form.
Gently stir in the sugar and vanilla extract after the cream has turned into stiff peaks.
In a cup place ice cubes and pour your milk of choice. Top it off with spoonfuls of the matcha cream and stir, if you’d like a stronger taste.
