Matcha tea

½ t.s Matcha superior

2 slices of fresh ginger

¼ t.s Honey


In a glass we put about 3 fingers of water (not hot) into the matcha and beat with the frappe mixer. Boil water in a kettle and pour ginger. When the water is warm, we add it to the glass with Matcha, add the honey and mix.


Turmeric Tea

1/4 t.s Turmeric Premium evzin bio

1 pinch of coarse pepper

¼ t.s Honey

¼ t.s Cinnamon (optional)


Simmer the spices and water for 10 minutes. Strain and add the honey.
